Leading Multicultural Teams - FULLY ONLINE

This course will be taught via video conferencing (Zoom)!

Working in multicultural teams has tremendous potential and equally tremendous challenges. If you are LEADING a multicultural team you are facing even more complex issues. We invite you to look at leadership through the dual lenses of culture and Scripture ("critical contextual" reflection). What kind of leader does it take to lead a multicultural team well? Which issues can you expect and how can you prepare for them?

This course includes three phases:

Phase 1: online (Moodle), 4-6 weeks prior to on-campus-period with approximately 30 hours of study time.

Phase 2: Face-to-Face (dates above) with appr. 40 hours of study time including 15-25 face-to-face hours. Technical requirements: stable internet connection, camera and microphone.

Phase 3: online (Moodle), 8 weeks following face-to-face period with appr. 80 hours of study time to finish assignments.
